About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Flight Sim Academy website (www.flightsimacademy.co.uk) and application (app.flightsimacademy.co.uk). By accessing or purchasing from Flight Sim Academy, you agree to these terms.
Flight Sim Academy is operated as an individual trading under the name Flight Sim Academy. Contact: support@flightsimacademy.co.uk.
The Product
Flight Sim Academy provides a digital, web-based checklist and in-flight assistance system designed for use with Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS). The product includes:
- 21 phase-flow checklists covering the MSFS A320 from Cold & Dark to Securing the Aircraft
- Step explanations and operational insight for each checklist item
- Add-on integration cues for GSX, Navigraph, and Simbrief
- ATC communication scripts and pilot readback examples
- An ECAM Fault Assist panel for in-flight fault lookup and rectification guidance
Important: Flight Sim Academy is a simulation aid designed for Microsoft Flight Simulator only. It is not approved for use in real aircraft operations and must not be used for real-world aviation training or reference.
Account Registration
To access the product you must create an account using a valid email address and verify that address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. One purchase grants access to one individual user account.
Payment and Access
The product is available for a one-time payment processed securely via Stripe. Upon successful payment you will receive immediate access to all product features. There are no subscription fees, no recurring charges, and no hidden costs.
Your lifetime access entitles you to all current content and any future updates to the existing product at no additional charge.
Intellectual Property
All content within Flight Sim Academy — including but not limited to the checklist procedures, phase descriptions, ECAM fault database, ATC scripts, and application design — is the intellectual property of Flight Sim Academy and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the product for your own private, non-commercial simulation purposes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share, resell, or redistribute access to the product or its content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the application or its database
- Use the product in any way that could cause harm to others
- Use the product for any commercial purpose without express written consent
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the system
Disclaimer of Warranties
Flight Sim Academy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to ensure all checklist content and ECAM guidance is accurate for the MSFS simulation environment, we make no guarantee of completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The procedures and fault guidance within this product are intended for simulator use only. They do not represent official Airbus, airline, or regulatory documentation and must never be used as a reference for real aircraft operations.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Flight Sim Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the product. Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Changes to the Product or Terms
We reserve the right to update the product content, features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of significant changes by email where possible.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
